Job description
o Support multiple healthcare and epidemiology research projects simultaneously. o Attend regular project, team, and stakeholder meetings. o Develop, maintain, and optimize programs using R, Python, and SQL. o Extract, clean, transform, and validate healthcare research data. o Build and maintain datasets for epidemiology and public health research studies. o Perform data programming and analysis to support research objectives. o Document programming methods, data processes, and analytical results. o Present findings and communicate technical results to researchers and project teams. o Collaborate with epidemiologists, biostatisticians, researchers, and other cross-functional team members. o Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of research data and programming deliverables.
Requirements
o Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL. o Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, or a related quantitative field. o Experience supporting healthcare and/or epidemiology research. o 5+ years of experience as a Research Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Data Consultant, Health Data Scientist, or in a similar role. o Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
