Job description
Effectively learn the process and can deploy AWS Workspaces/AppStream and inform client end users about the readiness to enroll (when applicable) and assist with password support.
Pleasantly assist client end users with installing AWS Workspaces/AppStream clients on their laptops and SecureAuth Authenticator App on their mobile devices
Proactively triage users of the AWS Workspace enrollment and support their business work
Cooperatively support end-user computing and assist with new user onboarding
Routinely support and maintain the images created on AWS AppStream
Work closely with Senior engineers to assist in new deployments

Requirements
Eligible for high level Public Trust
6+ years of hand on experience with IT Systems
4+ years of experience in AWS Systems administration
Experience with IAM
Experience managing self-hosted GitLab
Strong experience with AWS Workspaces
Generally experienced with and knowledgeable about AWS concepts and technology and AWS AppStream required
Experienced in supporting scalable production systems
Demonstrable ability to analyze information requirements and evaluate problems in workflow, organization, and planning
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Self-start highly motivated
AWS certified Solution Cloud Practitioner or Architect certification preferred
Bachelors Degree in a related field
