Job description
Join a dynamic team working on the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications program, a critical component of the Missile Defense System. This program supports global and regional defense operations by networking and synchronizing sensors and weapon systems. The role involves developing future missile defense capabilities, contributing to both ground and flight tests that verify these capabilities. Responsibilities
- Integrate JEMINI lab test suites into the development lab.
- Assist software development personnel in investigating and resolving issues.
- Create configurations to support testing and prototypes of developing systems.
- Develop and modify scripts to analyze input, internal, and output message data.
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and prototype phases.
- Develop troubleshooting procedures and workaround documents.
- Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, testing, and network documents.
- Automate scripts to configure and maintain remote hosts.
Requirements

- Practical knowledge of DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and automated testing tools.
- Working knowledge of virtualized environments and software testing.
- Experience in the integration of system components within a test environment.
- Familiarity with virtualized systems, security design, and implementation.
- Extremely proficient in Linux and scripting (Bash, Python).
- High-level understanding of automation and implementation.
- Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance.
- Current active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher., * A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university with 5 years of experience; a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience as an alternative to a degree.
- Experience with Ansible or other automation tools.
- Experience in developing scripts using Ansible.
- Knowledge of containerized virtual environments.
- Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
