Software Engineer 4 - Contingent

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will: Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives involving SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related SAP technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehousing, reporting, analytics, and integration solutions.
• Build and manage data models, data products, semantic models, and integration pipelines within SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources to support enterprise analytics and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain BW/4HANA objects including ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, InfoObjects, and Process Chains.
• Create and optimize ETL/ELT processes, data loads, and data quality frameworks.
• Design and develop SAC dashboards, stories, planning models, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, planning, and predictive analytics capabilities within SAC.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP analytics solutions.
• Perform system configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis.
• Support integration between SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, BDC, SAC, and external enterprise applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience working with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Datasphere.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP data modeling, analytics, reporting, planning, and enterprise data warehousing.
• Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT processes and integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting SAP RISE environments and cloud-based SAP landscapes.
• Strong SQL, Python, data engineering, and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, API-first design principles, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Exposure to cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
• Experience building SAC dashboards, planning models, forecasting, budgeting, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise analytics best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and modernization of legacy BW environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.
