Senior System Administrator

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, and automation scripting, along with experience supporting complex multi-forest, hybrid infrastructures in production environments., * Design, implement, and maintain hybrid Azure/on-premises infrastructure.

• Administer and support enterprise Exchange and Active Directory environments.
• Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise client-server environments.
• Develop automation scripts and optimize Azure resources.
• Support enterprise infrastructure projects and mentor junior technical staff.

• Microsoft Azure - 10+ years (Microsoft Certification preferred).
• Microsoft Exchange - Hybrid & Multi-Org enterprise environments.
• Microsoft Active Directory - Multi-Forest Hybrid administration.
• PowerShell / Unix Shell Scripting.
• Windows Server & Unix/Linux Administration.
• Microsoft Entra Connect, SCCM, ExpressRoute.
• DNS, PKI, Group Policy, SQL Server.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Design, Solution Architecture & Cloud Migrations.
