Work Location: Remote
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM. Eastern standard (must be able to work extended hours or cover on-call schedules).
Responsibilities:
· Create and modify operational reporting for Epic Clinical Applications
· Work closely with end users to define specifications, develop relations, and develop operational knowledge.
· Mentor peers and provide leadership to the team.
· Communicate clearly and concisely with the team and end users.
· Own reporting content by business line (upgrades, new release, change management).
· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical requirements, visualization, and interactive reports.
· Create and maintain technical documentation. Document BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, technical specifications, and end-user documentation.
· Troubleshoot and debug BI solutions to ensure smooth operations and accurate data.
· Assist with Dashboard design and architecture and understanding data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights. Make recommendations based on needs / wants.
· Create, maintain, and support all BI solutions (i.e., Data marts, dashboards, and views) performance monitoring, measurement, forecast, and ongoing process improvement.
