Develops and executes strategic plans and innovation initiatives that drive measurable organizational impact.

Supports the VP of Strategy and Innovation in planning, budgeting, and staffing allocation.

Ensures project goals and objectives are achieved within the established scope and timeframe.

Develops and presents comprehensive business value propositions and plans to support strategic initiatives.

Creates and executes strategic action plans from stakeholder assessments.

Facilitates frequent updates to executive leadership on goals and progress related to high-priority strategic initiatives.

Embeds an entrepreneurial spirit to develop new business models that diversify the company's portfolio.

Evaluates a portfolio of strategic and innovation initiatives to identify opportunities that fulfill strategic priorities and optimize resource allocation.

Coordinates and facilitates engagement and readiness activities, including workshops and meetings.

Establishes structured processes and frameworks for rapid and disciplined decision-making, prototyping, and execution.

Provides executive leadership in the design, build, and scaling of strategic and operational initiatives.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives from concept through implementation and scaling.

Drives the development of strategic frameworks and initiatives by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables.

5+ years of experience in a leadership role such as healthcare management, operations, strategy, or development [Required]

7+ years of experience [Required]

10+ years of experience in a senior leadership position in healthcare or healthcare related marketing [Preferred]
