Lead Software Engineer / DevOps in Boston

n In this role, you will design platforms while driving DevOps best practices across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and production reliability. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also mentor other engineers and support their growth.\n \n

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevOps \n

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as code, Terraform or CloudFormation \n

• Excellent programming skills in Java and Python \n

• Experience in building and managing AWS platforms \n

• Strong experience managing CI/CD systems, using applications such as GitHub or Jenkins. \n

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with AI development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code \n

• Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring applications, such as Grafana or Elasticsearch \n

Desired Skills & Experience\n \n

• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL \n

• Knowledge of architecture and frameworks such as Spring \n

• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or ActiveMQ \n
