Job description

As a ServiceNow CMDB/Integration Analyst, you will: Day to Day Responsibilities:

Integration Monitoring & Support

  • Monitor daily integration health dashboards.
  • Review integration success and failure metrics.
  • Perform root cause analysis on integration failures.
  • Work directly with business partners to resolve data transfer issues.
  • Track incidents and resolutions through SharePoint and established processes.
  • Escalate issues when required.

Integration Ownership

  • Manage and support approximately 5-7 assigned integrations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support.
  • Maintain integration performance and data quality.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions instead of temporary fixes.
  • Drive improvements and enhancements to existing integrations.

Incident & Task Management

  • Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests related to assigned integrations.
  • Support configuration changes within the CMDB and AMDB environments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partner teams to implement required changes.

Business Partner Engagement

  • Conduct recurring meetings with business partners, generally on a monthly basis.
  • Discuss Integration performance, Operational issues and resolutions, Automation opportunities, Upcoming roadmap changes, Planned enhancements
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned business partners.

Governance & Documentation

  • Manage integration documentation and data-sharing agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and processes.
  • Maintain accurate issue tracking and status reporting.

Agile / JIRA Participation

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and JIRA workflows.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Act as the liaison for assigned integrations during enhancement and project work.

Strategic & Special Projects

  • Participate in CMDB strategy discussions and best-practice reviews.
  • Assist in evaluating enterprise data management approaches.
  • Support initiatives involving CMDB governance and integration optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow experience
  • Hands-on CMDB administration/support experience
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to independently own and manage multiple integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/JIRA environments

Benefits & conditions

Pay Range*: Between $40 - $46 per hour
