Design scalable AI-enabled marketing solutions by analyzing workflows, mapping current-state operations, defining data pipelines and integrations, selecting AI vendors, and ensuring security, governance, and enterprise alignment for MarTech AI deployments., Our client is a global enterprise investing heavily in AI-driven marketing transformation. They are modernizing their MarTech ecosystem by embedding Generative AI and intelligent automation into core marketing operations, enabling scalable, secure, and data-driven customer engagement across the organization. What You'll Do
- Analyze end-to-end marketing workflows, business processes, and cross-functional data flows to identify automation and AI enablement opportunities.
- Map current-state marketing operations, uncover bottlenecks, and design scalable AI-enabled business solutions.
- Partner with AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with enterprise standards.
- Translate marketing business requirements into solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise AI platforms.
- Drive the integration of AI agents, Generative AI tools, and third-party AI platforms into the organization's MarTech ecosystem.
- Review solution architectures, data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and technical designs to ensure scalability, governance, and enterprise alignment.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to define efficient data pipelines, API requirements, and integration patterns supporting AI-powered marketing workflows.
- Define infrastructure requirements for AI services, including model hosting, orchestration, vector databases, storage, monitoring, and observability.
- Establish performance expectations for AI services, including scalability, availability, resilience, throughput, and latency.
- Lead technical evaluations of AI vendors and platforms, providing recommendations on build-versus-buy decisions.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams during solution evaluations and vendor onboarding.
- Represent Marketing in enterprise architecture discussions, AI governance forums, and cross-functional planning initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Lead requirements-based systems engineering for APU control systems: define, decompose, verify/validate system requirements, support architecture and interfaces, apply environmental qualification standards, coordinate cross-functional integration, and support program execution and customer design reviews. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Solid, senior-level experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise marketing operations, MarTech ecosystems, and business process optimization.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
- Solid knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), recommendation engines, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise application architecture, and data management principles.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, governance, compliance, and AI risk management practices.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and technical teams.
- Experience evaluating enterprise software vendors and conducting technical due diligence.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI solutions within Marketing, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience working with vector databases, AI observability platforms, or model management solutions.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- AI-related certifications or enterprise architecture certifications.

- Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $125-145 USD hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
