Workday Product Owner - INTL India

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Workday Product Owner for a global transformation project with one of its leading clients. This individual will serve as the functional Product Owner for Workday Advanced Compensation and Talent Management. Responsibilities include partnering directly with HR, Compensation, and Talent stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, guide design decisions, support testing efforts, oversee issue resolution, and drive year-end compensation and performance activities. The resource will act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, provide Workday best-practice guidance and support process optimization initiatives. This role is based in India.

7+ years of functional Workday experience. Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation. Experience supporting Workday Talent Management and Performance processes. Proven experience leading Year-End Compensation and Performance cycles within Workday. Experience serving as a Product Owner, Solution Lead, Functional Lead, or Senior Workday Consultant in a large enterprise environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Workday Advanced Compensation Certification. Workday Talent & Performance Certification. Experience supporting organizational transformations, carve-outs, or large-scale Workday implementations.
