Other duties as assigned. Organizes, tracks, and processes the submission of documents related to student clinical and practicum requirements. Manages and assists in preparing spreadsheets with student clinical requirement information for review by the Assistant Dean and Clinical Coordinator. Identifies and anticipates issues of efficiency and accuracy, developing possible solutions. Coordinates with third-party vendors, security, and compliance to ensure timely submission and updates of student background checks and screenings. Regularly reports to the Dean of Nursing or designee on the status of student clinical and practicum requirements. Collaborates with students and faculty to ensure timely turnaround of document processing related to clinical and practicum requirements, notifying them of initial and renewal due dates. Provides support to students and faculty, troubleshooting any issues with the online compliance system. Collaborates with Financial Services, Student Experience, and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth student journey. Updates clinical requirements resources for student reference and conducts regular audits to remain compliant. Participates in student and faculty orientation for all nursing programs and stays abreast of clinical and practicum requirement changes and updates. Attends meetings, seminars, and workshops as requested, and participates in Department and University committees as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
