Job description

We are seeking an IT Applications Analyst (Senior or Principal) to join our IOPS IT team, supporting the configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of Oracle Supply Chain applications and ERP systems. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner leading system integrations, driving continuous improvement, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience while collaborating with IT, business partners, and vendors across the enterprise. Discover your role:

  • Lead technical configuration and deployment of Oracle Supply Chain modules within Oracle ERP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Design and implement scalable solutions including customizations, extensions, and workflows using Oracle ADF, BPM, and other Oracle tools; develop supporting technical documentation, test plans, and deployment strategies
  • Manage system integrations with enterprise applications including middleware tools, APIs, and EDI configurations; coordinate application upgrades, patches, and security configurations in adherence with change management protocols
  • Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues; provide root cause analysis and technical guidance for complex system problems
  • Partner with IT and business teams to develop and drive a strategic application roadmap; work with business partners to deploy system functionality to applicable user communities
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts; may serve as IOPS IT SME or spokesperson during regulatory inspections and audits
  • Oversee a small team of specialists on department projects and initiatives; provide leadership in continuous improvement of GMP training programs including SOP assessments and OJT delivery
  • Follow and uphold IOPS IT methodologies, standards, and compliance guidelines across all project documentation and implementation activities
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle EBS or Fusion ERP including Supply Chain modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and APIs
  • Strong understanding of GMP compliance requirements; experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections and pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical device manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record delivering complex ERP upgrades, integrations, and customizations in a regulated environment

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Senior Analyst: 5+ years of experience
  • Principal Analyst: 8+ years experience
  • May consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
