Agentic AI Consultant

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments

• Experience applying Agentic AI specifically to software engineering workflows

• Experience leveraging LLMs to automate or augment SDLC processes

• Experience integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise applications and workflows

• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents, etc.)

• Experience building multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns

• Experience implementing AI copilots, autonomous agents, or workflow automation solutions

• Strong Python development experience

Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies * Experience building agents for:

• Requirements gathering

• User story creation

• Test case generation

• Code review

• Documentation generation

• Change management

• Release management

• Insurance or financial services industry experience

• AWS AI ecosystem experience (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, LangChain/LangGraph, AWS Analytics & Data Lake services)

Experience taking Agentic AI initiatives from POC through pilot and into production

• Bring market expertise, lessons learned, and innovative approaches from previous implementations

Help define success metrics and production rollout strategy

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
