Job description
An employer is looking for a TSSCI Automation Tester to sit in Arlington, VA. This candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and executing automated testing frameworks that support mission-critical applications in a highly secure environment. The ideal professional will have strong expertise in Selenium-based automation, Java development, and CI/CD integration while supporting complex enterprise systems. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside cross-functional engineering teams to improve software quality, optimize testing pipelines, and ensure system reliability across web, desktop, mobile, API, and database applications.
Requirements
Active TSSCI and ability to be processed for CI Poly Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of Software Testing and Quality Assurance experience Proficiency with Test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems Experience working in a high op-temp, top secret environment Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment Proficiency in conducting end-to-end testing of large or complex information systems Knowledge of test engineering methodology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior DISA experience CI Polygraph (or willingness/ability to obtain) Experience with security testing Experience with load and stress testing Experience testing Web, Desktop, Mobile, API, and Database applications Experience enhancing automation frameworks and pipeline optimization
Benefits & conditions
$62/hr to $72/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
