  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Manage implementation partners and system integrators, including SOW development, contract oversight, deliverable acceptance, performance management, and escalations
  • Oversee project financials, including business cases, forecasting, budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and variance reporting
  • Lead Salesforce and Salesforce Field Service initiatives involving scheduling, dispatching, work orders, service appointments, mobile workforce enablement, and technician processes
  • Partner with Salesforce architects, administrators, and developers to manage releases, integrations, data migration, and platform governance
  • Maintain project governance, change control, RAID management, executive communications, and proactive risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience delivering technology projects with cross-functional IT and business teams
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects built on Salesforce technology, with demonstrable experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions
  • Proven experience managing external implementation vendors and system integrators, including contract and SOW management
  • Demonstrated budget management experience, including business case development, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency with project and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing presentation skills
  • Strong risk management, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecommunications, utilities, field operations, or a service-heavy industry
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (ERP, billing, CRM, workforce management)
  • Familiarity with data migration, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and DevOps/release management for Salesforce

Core Competencies:

  • Leadership: Guides matrixed teams without direct authority; builds alignment and accountability
  • Business Acumen: Connects technical delivery to business value and financial outcomes
