Systems Engineer

job summary: We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our technology team to drive operational sustainment, infrastructure provisioning, and platform support services. Operating within a collaborative environment, you will play an active role in executing technical engineering tasks to ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement across our cloud and application environments.

responsibilities:

• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, including real-time incident troubleshooting, platform stabilization, and root-cause analysis.
• Perform and validate platform patching, system upgrades, and standard release deployments.
• Provision cloud infrastructure and support configuration automation using scripting tools and pipelines.
• Participate in a 24x7 global on-call rotation and maintain detailed operational runbooks and technical documentation.

qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, operations support, or cloud infrastructure environments.

Demonstrated experience in automated cloud provisioning and infrastructure management (AWS preferred).

Solid capability in writing scripts (such as Python or PowerShell) to support environment automation and operations.
