Sr. Software Engineer

Provide support on Project planning including creating software development and release plan. Create and manage software development schedules and manage software development tasks. Review, analyze customer requirements and support customer and system requirements development. Take lead of developing software requirements, establish traceability, and secure approval. Collaborate with other engineers and technical staff to develop system design. Work to improve system quality and design. Lead and perform complex software design, design review and design approval. Make sound technical decisions between various design, implementation and test choices. Develop software unit, write clean efferent and well-documented code and perform code review. Debug software and systems, lead and support root cause analysis and perform necessary testing. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of experience in Embedded Software Development, Embedded Software Defect and Customer Engagement and Cross Functional Team Collaboration including five (5) years of experience in software development planning and tasks management, strong programming skills in relevant programming languages, e.g., C, Python, C++, Java etc.; with software development methodologies like Agile, ASPICE and DevOps and strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and Operating System.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25% domestic and international travel including to Texas and Japan.
