Project Manager - Telecommunications / Contact Center Technology

This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring successful client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) deployments, UC (Unified Communications) initiatives, and telecommunications migrations from legacy phone systems to modern cloud-based platforms., * Manage multiple telecommunications and contact center projects from initiation through completion.

• Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and costs while preventing scope creep.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Lead telecommunications modernization initiatives, including cloud contact center and Unified Communications deployments.
• Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, and RFIs.
• Measure project performance using project management methodologies and reporting tools.
