Insight Global is seeking an SAP Business Network (SBN-Ariba) Analyst for a permanent opportunity supporting enterprise procurement, supplier collaboration, and supply chain integration initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP ERP systems and SAP Business Network (SBN) / Ariba solutions, helping drive procurement automation and seamless supplier connectivity across the organization.
This role will partner closely with procurement, supply chain, finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions supporting purchasing, invoicing, logistics, and supplier collaboration processes. The SAP Business Network (SBN-Ariba) Analyst will be responsible for integration design, supplier onboarding, network configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of SAP Business Network capabilities.
Requirements
This is a highly visible role requiring strong SAP integration expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to bridge technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP BTP/CPI integrations, and enterprise procurement transformation initiatives. PR $160,000-$165,000 annually., 5-7+ years of experience supporting SAP Ariba and/or SAP Business Network solutions
- 5-7+ years of experience in SAP integration development
- Hands-on expertise with SAP CPI/BTP, IDocs, APIs, EDI, CXML, and SAP Business Network/Ariba integrations
- Experience designing and supporting integrations for procurement, invoicing, supplier collaboration, and supply chain processes
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash, or supply chain collaboration processes
- Experience with supplier onboarding, network configuration, and document mapping activities
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP integrations
- Experience conducting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment support activities
- Strong troubleshooting skills across SAP ERP, CPI, and SAP Business Network platforms
- Experience gathering requirements and performing business process analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- Experience with SAP BTP integration architecture and optimization initiatives
- Experience with supplier enablement and electronic document exchange programs
- Experience supporting release management, change control, and production deployment processes
- Experience developing technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Experience conducting system audits, validations, and compliance reviews
- Experience supporting SOX controls, security requirements, and governance processes
- Experience providing end-user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance
- Experience identifying opportunities for automation, process simplification, and integration optimization
- Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise procurement environments
