Consulting Principal - Cloud Solutions Engineer

As a Consulting Principal - Cloud Solutions Architecture , you will make an impact by leading cloud modernization, migration, and platform engineering initiatives for large enterprise clients. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Consulting team and work collaboratively with client technology leaders, AWS stakeholders, engineering teams, and Cognizant consulting professionals.

You will serve as a trusted advisor responsible for shaping cloud strategy, designing enterprise-scale architecture solutions, and helping clients accelerate adoption of modern cloud operating models while achieving measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cloud transformation engagements, defining target-state architectures and modernization roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

• Advise executive and engineering stakeholders on AWS architecture strategy, cloud adoption frameworks, security, governance, and operational excellence.

• Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions across migration, modernization, platform engineering, and infrastructure programs.

• Partner with AWS, client leadership, and cross-functional Cognizant teams to drive successful delivery of complex enterprise cloud initiatives.

• Mentor client and project teams on cloud engineering best practices, infrastructure-as-code patterns, automation, and modern platform capabilities.
