Test Lead / SDET

• Assess existing agile teams and devise strategies to reduce QA cycle time, enabling faster product launches without prolonged testing phases.
• Leverage the orchestrated Agentic AI testing solutions, apply and augment existing AI driven patterns and practice for test case generation, automation script generation, impact analysis, regression suite optimization, report generation, and test data management.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI across manual and automated testing processes, including migration of existing frameworks.
• Operationalize and articulate their benefits and ROI for agile teams by using the AI tools and solutions provided (e.g., Playwright + GitHub Copilot)

• Hands-on experience with Playwright, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in API testing.
• Proven experience using Agentic AI solutions using platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or equivalent.
