Job description

  • Tier One Technologies is seeking a UI/UX Analyst to support our US Government client.
  • This hybrid contract-to-hire position will be originated in Arlington, VA.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.

Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Design Leadership:

  • Champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

Usability Assessment and Optimization:

  • Conduct comprehensive usability assessments using various methods (user testing, heuristic evaluation, etc.).
  • Identify pain points in existing software products and propose enhancements., * Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years in UI/UX analysis, with a track record of successful projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communications skills.
  • Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
