Job description

As a Visiting Associate Enterprise Solutions (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will support one of our consulting teams for a period of at least two months, starting in autumn 2026. You will actively work on a project, both on-site with clients and at one of our offices, assisting our clients with complex ERP transformations, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA. You will apply and expand your acquired skills throughout your time with us. Shape the world of tomorrow

  • You will support the quantitative and qualitative analysis of business processes to determine value potential for our clients.
  • Together with your project team, you will guide our clients through different phases of the project lifecycle, such as strategy development, planning, implementation and go-live
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and definition of ERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes.

Requirements

  • You are in the advanced stages of your bachelor's or master's studies in (business) informatics or a comparable field with excellent academic performance.
  • You have strong IT knowledge and initial practical experience through internships or student assistant roles (e.g., IT project management, ideally in the ERP/SAP environment).
  • You possess outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and are proficient in standard MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and work with a strong customer and results-oriented approach.
  • You want to deepen your knowledge in the field of ERP/SAP transformations, with a focus on the strategic aspects of these projects.
  • You can confidently understand and communicate complex topics in both German and English.
