• +5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich digitale Strategie, Innovationsberatung oder IT
• Abgeschlossenes Studium (TU/FH), idealerweise mit Fokus auf Wirtschaft & IT, Innovation Management oder Vergleichbares
• Fundiertes Know-how in digitalen Trends, Innovationsprozessen und technologischen Entwicklungen im Web- & Mobile-Bereich
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Technologien schnell zu durchdringen und in kundenrelevante Strategien zu übersetzen
• Leidenschaft für Innovation und Talent, andere dafür zu begeistern
• Professionelles Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und exzellente Kommunikationsstärke
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %)

Beneficial Skills

• Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse (z. B. GA4 oder Vergleichbares)
• Erfahrung in Business Process Modelling (BPM)
• Methodenkompetenz in Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas oder vergleichbaren Frameworks

Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ab. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir allen Mitarbeiter:innen ein intern vergleichbares Gehalt bieten. Aus rechtlichen Gründen geben wir das jährliche Mindestgehalt für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung gemäß dem aktuellen IT-Kollektivvertrag an, welches für diese Position € 64.554,00 brutto/Jahr beträgt.
