Job description
- Advanced statistical support across Cell Culture, Purification, and Analytical MSAT functions.
- Design and execution of experiments, statistical analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets.
- Support MSAT activities including process optimization, technical investigations, comparability studies, process monitoring, method transfer/validation, small-scale model qualification, and process characterization.
- Contribute to MSAT protocols and reports with high-quality statistical content.
- Ensure data traceability, correctness, and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and cGMP expectations.
- Act as Data Steward within Technical Product Teams for recombinant Drug Substance products.
Requirements
- BS in Data Science, Statistics, or related field + 2 years pharma experience
- Experience working in a cGMP environment and strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines
- Mastery of statistical data analysis and data science techniques
- Domain knowledge in Biologics (upstream or downstream)
- Ability to lead complex technical projects
- Strong collaboration skills in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
