Job description

  • Advanced statistical support across Cell Culture, Purification, and Analytical MSAT functions.
  • Design and execution of experiments, statistical analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets.
  • Support MSAT activities including process optimization, technical investigations, comparability studies, process monitoring, method transfer/validation, small-scale model qualification, and process characterization.
  • Contribute to MSAT protocols and reports with high-quality statistical content.
  • Ensure data traceability, correctness, and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and cGMP expectations.
  • Act as Data Steward within Technical Product Teams for recombinant Drug Substance products.

Requirements

  • BS in Data Science, Statistics, or related field + 2 years pharma experience
  • Experience working in a cGMP environment and strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines
  • Mastery of statistical data analysis and data science techniques
  • Domain knowledge in Biologics (upstream or downstream)
  • Ability to lead complex technical projects
  • Strong collaboration skills in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
