We're looking for a DT TechOps & Quality Portfolio Lead to own and optimize a complex technology portfolio that supports critical Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions across a global biopharmaceutical organization.

As the DT TechOps & Quality Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for the governance, strategic alignment, and value realization of the entire Digital Technology (DT) TechOps & Quality portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will ensure technology investments are prioritized, aligned to business objectives, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will provide a transparent view of technology initiatives, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and investments while facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead strategic portfolio planning and alignment across DT TechOps & Quality

Own and maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap, providing visibility of projects, timelines, and dependencies

Govern demand intake, business case development, and prioritization processes

Drive value realization through KPI definition, benefits tracking, and portfolio performance reporting

Partner closely with business and DT leaders to ensure investments support strategic goals

Serve as the key interface between DT TechOps & Quality and the Enterprise PMO

Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and resource constraints

Support annual planning, budgeting, and investment decision-making processes

Facilitate executive portfolio reviews and communicate portfolio health to senior stakeholders

Champion a culture of accountability, empowerment, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO Leadership, or Strategic Planning roles overseeing complex IT or technology portfolios
  • 5+ years of experience within biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
  • Proven experience establishing and managing governance, demand management, prioritization frameworks, and value realization processes
  • Experience working within GxP-regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise portfolio management and PMO best practices

Knowledge & Expertise

  • Portfolio Management and Governance Frameworks (PPM, Value Stream Management, Portfolio Governance)
  • Financial management of technology portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and benefits realization
  • Project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
  • TechOps, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality business processes within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Portfolio optimization and investment decision-making
