Salesforce Developer

Our client is an internationally operating company seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the development and optimization of its CRM landscape and web-related integrations. In this role, you will work on scalable Salesforce solutions, system integrations, and selected web development topics, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across international environments. \n\n

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business processes, workflows, and custom solutions within Salesforce.\n\t
• Enhance and optimize CRM functionalities to support sales and marketing teams across international markets.\n\t
• Work with multiple Salesforce environments and ensure seamless operation between systems.\n\t
• Collaborate on web-related projects, including form integrations, tracking implementations, troubleshooting, and other interface topics between CRM and website platforms.\n\t
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.\n\t
• Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and efficiency.\n\t
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\t
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide support for users where required.\n\t
• Evaluate and explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.\n

• Several years of professional experience in Salesforce development (ideally 4+ years).\n\t
• Strong knowledge of:\n\t \n\t\t

• Apex\n\t\t
• Visualforce\n\t\t
• Lightning Experience\n\t\t
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)\n\t\t
• SOQL\n\t\t
• SQL\n\t \n\t\n\t

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API technologies (REST and SOAP).\n\t
• Basic knowledge of CMS/web platforms such as TYPO3, or a willingness to learn and collaborate with web development teams.\n\t
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.\n\t
• Passion for software development, process optimization, and solving complex technical challenges.\n\t
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\t
• Proactive working style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\n\t
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.\n\t
• Interest in innovative technologies and AI applications within modern CRM environments.\n
