Job description
Build and ship features on client projects and our own products, including mobile AI apps, using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
-
Work agent-first: use AI coding tools to move fast, then review and harden what they produce
-
Read and debug code you did not write, including code an agent generated
-
Turn loose requirements into working software with tight feedback loops
Requirements
A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
-
Solid fundamentals in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. You have built things with them, at work, in study, or on your own projects.
-
Real hands-on experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar). This is a must-have, not a bonus. We want to see that you already build with these and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
-
The instinct to verify rather than trust. You check what the agent gives you instead of pasting it blind.
-
Clear communication. You can explain what you built and why.
-
Fluent English. German is a bonus.
Nice to have:
-
Side projects, open-source contributions, or anything you shipped that we can look at
-
Exposure to databases, APIs, or cloud deployment
Benefits & conditions
A front-row seat to how software gets built now, with the tools and freedom to work that way from day one
-
Real ownership early. Your work ships and users see it.
-
Direct mentorship from senior engineers, not a ticket queue
-
A small Munich team where what you do visibly moves the company
Send us your CV and, more importantly, something you have built: a repo, a live project, or a short note on something you shipped with AI tools and what you learned. We want to see what you can do, not just read about it.
