Requirements

  • Zertifizierungen als Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Verständnis von SAFe, Scrum, Kanban und anderen agilen Frameworks * Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der Moderation von Meetings und der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
