Job description
We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain manager to join our SAP CoE who understands retail market and processes and will work in a challenging, purposeful and dynamic SAP transformation program with teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Supply Chain Planning, Inventory management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Procurement etc.), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g., SAP, S/4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM etc.) to lead and deliver exciting transformation program, with a focus on SAP innovations and best practices
This servant leader will combine deep technical expertise about SAP Supply Chain architecture, with proven engineering leadership to drive best-in-class SAP Supply Chain capabilities (e.g., Material management, procurement, Inventory/stock management, stock movements at Stores, Pricing components, Sales & Distribution, returns, integration, etc). You will be responsible for the full solution lifecycle-from architecture and data modeling to delivery and support-while managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional SAP teams. A customer-centric mindset, strong collaboration with product and SAP CoE teams, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation are critical to success in this role., * Lead, coach, and mentor one or more cross-functional SAP Supply change consultants or teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and support of the enterprise SAP CoE, ensuring robust integration with other systems.
- Drive the design and implementation of scalable logistics models, business rules, and data quality standards in collaboration with architects, business teams, and governance teams.
- Champion engineering SAP best practices across the team, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.
- Partner with Product Managers and the different SAP teams to align engineering execution with business goals and roadmap priorities.
- Project managing SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, team supervision, delivery of your functional area, and reviews including Directors and C level.
- Define and track KPIs for team performance and SAP platform health, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Maintain awareness of emerging SAP functionalities and trends, and evaluate their applicability within the SAP CoE and specifically on Supply Chain ecosystem.
- Present insights, risks, and progress updates to executive leadership as needed.
- Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and professional development of SAP engineering talent.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP in Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership.
- Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply chain solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SD/MM, STO Processes, procurement….).
- SAP S/4 HANA experience. Knowledge about SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus.
- SAP retail and/or Fashion solutions experience.
- Agile experience.
- Strong technical and functional understanding of SAP Supply chain processes in Retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence.
