Job offer

The successful candidate will undertake research tasks within the project framework and actively play a role across all stages:

• Preparing and developing the therapeutic session database.
• Training and validating machine learning models (ML).
• Integrating and running interface usability tests.
• Running pilot trials and writing scientific articles., Candidates who hold the qualification corresponding to the required category in the job offer with a non-EU degree, if selected, must present a certificate of equivalence of their non-EU qualification to a European qualification, or proof of having applied for this equivalence, in order to proceed with their hiring. The equivalence can be requested from the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities of Spain. Selection process

In accordance with article 8 of the REGULATORY AGREEMENT 14540 of 15th June 2022 that approves the regulation governing the recruitment of research staff under chapter 6 allocation of the university budget, as well as technical or operational research staff.

Selection committee:

i. The relevant Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research (or person s/he delegates), as chair.

ii. The management team for the relevant department.

iii. The members of the Research Area Assessment Committee (CARAI).

iv. Three experts in the field pertaining to recruitment, where appropriate, appointed by the chair of the committee, having heard from the management team of the department.

v. The head of the Management Office for the Research Promotion and Human Resources Programme (or person s/he delegates), acting as secretary, who may speak but not vote. Additional comments

The contract is subject to budget availability and publication of the final award resolution for 'Scientific and Technological Research Projects (PRD2025)' from the Regional Department of Education and Universities at the Government of the Balearic Islands.

Specific Requirements

Postgraduate training in behavioural analysis

Language requirements

Catalan, Spanish and English skills would be a plus.

Prior experience

• First-hand clinical experience with patients in healthcare settings is essential.
• Specialised and verifiable skills in functional behavioural analysis.
• Experience designing, supervising and validating the methods used on the project.
• Experience in data coding, training and validating AI models, and integrating findings within the framework of functional verbal behaviour analysis (ACOVEO system).

Years of Research Experience 1 - 4

Gross monthly salary: 978.98 €.

National Social Security Insurance (Public Health Insurance)

Compensation may be higher where the successful candidate accredits recognised professional experience.

Planned end date of the tasks subject to the contract: Friday, August 31, 2029 Eligibility criteria

• Curricular merits in the field (max. 40 points).

• Qualifications in the specialist area (max. 20 points), other (max. 5 points).

• Video curriculum and, if applicable, personal interview (max. 20 points).

• Experience in the field (max. 15 points). E.g.: > 3 years (10 points), < 3 years (5 points).

• Other merits (max. +5 points). E.g.: recommendation letters.

Eligibility threshold: 60 points.
