Job description
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized and tech-savvy Back Office IT Administrator (m/f/d) to support our international team with administrative, operational and IT-related tasks., As an international company with our headquarters in Germany and our office in Granada, you will work closely with colleagues across different countries on a daily basis. Excellent English communication skills are therefore essential, while German is a strong advantage.
You don't need to be an IT expert from day one. If you enjoy working with technology, have a structured mindset and are eager to learn, we'll provide you with a comprehensive onboarding and support you in building the required technical knowledge.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT and user support, including:
- Creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft 365, Jira and SharePoint.
- Setting up laptops and installing the Microsoft 365 Business Suite for new employees.
- Supporting user onboarding and offboarding.
- Troubleshooting basic IT and software-related issues.
- Support the administration of Microsoft 365, including:
- Managing collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Maintaining document libraries and user permissions.
- Assisting colleagues with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Preparing presentations and internal documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
- Assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of our ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Maintaining documentation and supporting security-related processes and internal audits
- Contribute to process improvement, including:
- Identifying opportunities to optimize internal processes and increase operational efficiency
- Supporting the documentation and standardization of internal procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.(ideally in Translation & Interpretation English or/and German).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Experience with Jira, PowerPoint, Adobe or Canva would be appreciated.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- A structured, reliable, and responsible way of working, even under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and solution-oriented.
