Fortil is an international engineering and technology consulting group built on an independent model and bringing together more than 2,500 employees.With 30 offices across 14 countries, Fortil fosters entrepreneurial freedom and the development of individual potential.Consulte la descripción del puesto a continuación.Si confía en que tiene las habilidades y la experiencia adecuadas, envíe su solicitud hoy mismo.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer for an aeronautics project.You will join the Hardware team and contribute to the design, development, qualification and industrialization of onboard electronic/electromechanical sub?assemblies and equipment.The role includes technical ownership of complex hardware solutions, coordination with stakeholders (suppliers, engineering offices, Quality, Industrialization), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aeronautical standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and development: Lead the development of electronic boards, onboard modules and electromechanical systems.Draft and validate electronic schematics, hardware specifications, bill of materials and definition packages in line with customer and aeronautical requirements.Architecture and technology choices: Define the hardware architecture, select components and technologies, and anticipate constraints related to robustness, EMI/EMC, thermal performance and reliability.Perform trade?off analyses and propose optimized solutions for weight, power consumption and maintainability.Validation and qualification: Plan, supervise and execute test campaigns (environmental, vibration, thermal, EMI/EMC, aging and functional tests).Produce test reports, qualification evidence and demonstrate compliance with acceptance criteria.Industrialization and reliability: Support the transfer to production - define DFM/DFT requirements, track first series, analyze and resolve non?conformities, drive corrective actions and improve product maturity.Perform reliability studies (FT, FMEAs) and implement suitable monitoring plans.Configuration management and compliance: Ensure technical traceability of hardware versions, manage changes and ensure documentation compliance (technical files, procedures, component certificates).Work with Quality and Regulatory to meet aeronautical requirements.QualificationsMaster's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrotechnics, Embedded Systems or equivalent.10 years of experience in embedded hardware development, ideally in aeronautics, space or defense.Strong expertise in embedded electronic design (schematics, PCB routing, power topologies, high?speed signals), EMI/EMC constraints and mechanical integration.Experience with qualification tests: vibration, thermal, shock, humidity.Knowledge of aeronautical standards DO?160, DO?254.Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium, Mentor, Cadence), thermal/EMI simulation tools and LabVIEW.Fluent English & Spanish required.BenefitsStimulating environment that supports professional and personal growth.Personalized support for skill development and access to highly technical projects.Opportunity to grow into technical or people?management responsibilities and become an associate.Involvement in R&D initiatives and innovation programs, and projects with social impact.Complete and transparent compensation package tailored to experience and profile (company vehicle or mobility budget, health insurance, paid leave plan, bonuses).Fortil is committed to equal opportunities.All of our job offers are open to people with disabilities, without distinction of origin, gender or sexual orientation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
