Data Analyst - Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is seeking a Data Analyst to support insight initiatives for our BI team.The role reports to the Live Producer.Responsibilities Turn data into actionable insights by performing hands?on research, data exploration, and analysis to drive decisions and strategies for user acquisition, retention, and monetization.Work with game teams to provide insights into user behaviour, answer key business questions, and support AB test design and analysis.Carry out projects on machine learning for behavioural segmentation and monetization.Debug and solve issues to ensure delivery of accurate, clear analysis, reports, and tools.Communicate results and insights to senior stakeholders across the organization.Coordinate, challenge, and share best analytical practices and methods within the organization.Stay current with developments in Machine Learning technologies and Data Science trends.Contribute to the knowledge base and culture of the team.Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science).PhD is a plus.5+ years of relevant experience in similar positions, ideally in the mobile gaming industry.Highly proficient in SQL and Python for data exploratory analysis.Experience with cloud?based big data solutions such as Redshift or BigQuery.Solid knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy.Robust understanding of advanced statistics suitable for analysis of skewed populations.Experience designing effective ways of communicating, visualizing, and reporting results/analysis.Experience in predictive analytics and segmentation.Excellent problem?solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.What can make you stand out Experience with Agile philosophies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and project management tools (JIRA).Software engineering skills, including CI/CD and Git best practices.Self?motivation, organization skills, team spirit, proactivity.Passion for games and interest in mobile F2P games.Benefits & Working Conditions Hybrid work?from?home policy; new parents can work from home 80% of the time.Flex working schedule: 40 hrs per week with start time between 8 AM?10 AM and leave time from 5 PM (Friday from 2 PM).Reduced schedule (35 hrs per week) in July and August, Easter, Christmas, and holidays such as Sant Jordi and Revetlla de Sant Joan.Personal Matters Hours: 24 hours paid, usable for personal matters.Holidays: 25 days per year + 1 day on your Ubi?Birthday.Five extra holiday days on the year you celebrate your 5th/10th/15th/20th year with us.Ticket Restaurant.Ubisoft is an equal opportunity employer that believes diverse backgrounds and perspectives are key to creating worlds where both players and teams can thrive and express themselves.#J-*****-Ljbffr
