OverviewPenta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.¿Todo listo para enviar su solicitud?Asegúrese de comprender todas las responsabilidades y tareas asociadas a este puesto antes de continuar.We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Cloud Solution Architect in Spain for a 12 month extendable contract.We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and open-source databases.The adequate candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure SQL/SQL Server, and open-source database platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures for enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end cloud architecture solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.Design and implement data analytics platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization.Architect and optimize Azure SQL/SQL Server solutions for high availability and performance.Integrate and manage open-source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) within Azure environments.Define best practices for cloud adoption, security, and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business objectives.Technical RequirementsMicrosoft Fabric and Microsoft Fabric Power BI expertise.Strong experience with Azure SQL and SQL Server administration and optimization.Proficiency in open-source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) hosted on Azure.Solid understanding of cloud security, data governance, and performance tuning.Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Networking).Preferred SkillsExperience with data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design.Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power BI Data Analyst) are a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
