Job description

Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation program (scope, timeline, budget, risks)- Act as the primary interface between HR, IT, and external system integrators- Coordinate and challenge external consultants to ensure quality delivery- Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into system solutions- Manage governance, decision?making forums, and stakeholder alignment- Oversee testing, data migration, integrations, and go?live readiness- Ensure adoption through change management and communication strategies- Own the HRIS product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and releases- Act as the internal owner of Workday, ensuring continuous improvement- Manage backlog, releases, and system upgrades- Drive HR process optimization leveraging system capabilities- Ensure data quality, reporting, and analytics enablement- Reduce dependency on external vendors over time- Collaborate with HR leadership to align technology with business strategyRequirements- 5+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Transformation- 4+ years of experience of Workday- Proven experience in Workday implementation (client?side strongly preferred)- Workday certifications good to have- Experience in Core HCM and, at least one other module (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)- Strong program/project management experience- Experience managing external vendors/system integrators- Solid understanding of HR processes (e.G., Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll)- Strong ownership and autonomy- Proficient level of English- Ability to operate across business and technology domains- Stakeholder management at senior level- Vendor management and ability to challenge external partners- Structured problem?solving and decision?making#J-*****-Ljbffr
