Data Centres Market Director - Central Europe

Experteer Overview As the Central Europe Data Centers Market Leader, you will shape growth and commercial strategy for major Data Center projects, acting as the regional focal point to align country GTMs and delivery excellence.You'll influence CE ExCom decisions, expand market share, and ensure high-quality project outcomes while nurturing client excellence and cross-border collaboration.This role offers strategic impact across a dynamic CE region, with close engagement to country leaders and operations.You'll drive data-driven decisions and represent Data Center initiatives to key stakeholders.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop growth strategies by analyzing market conditions, competition, and opportunities- Define and implement go-to-market plans with country market leaders- Monitor industry trends and use data analytics to adjust strategies- Provide thought leadership to CE Excom supporting strategic direction- Represent Data Center client interests within the CE Regional Client Program- Safeguard commercial agreements and maintain standard terms and conditions- Collaborate with operations to tailor proposals' commercial sensitivity- Ensure compliance with WSP DoA and monitor key commercial metrics (Sales, Backlog, Net Revenue, Margins)- Lead pricing, budgeting, and coordinated input for major proposals- Analyze project portfolio performance and guide bids for major strategic opportunities- Manage risk strategies and ensure thorough handover briefs to project teams- Partner with country operations and GCC to define optimal delivery models- Lead quality assurance of major project submissions- Own data performance for commercial activities and report KPIs- Maintain CRM and manage the Data Centers CE pipeline and client database- Report operations KPIs and pipeline to Regional Client teamResponsabilidades- Experience in senior leadership roles with a track record of driving growth and delivering major projects- Experience in engineering procurement and delivery models- Ability to travel as needed- English at C1 level- Familiarity with CRM management and relevant data/toolsRequisitos principales- diverse and inclusive culture- flexible working policy- excellent career prospects- development and training opportunities- collaborative team environment
