Job description

At Talent Search People, we collaborate with a multinational client in the agri-food sector based in Barcelona.Hard Skills - Solid experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and translating models into business impact.- Strong expertise in machine learning, econometrics, causal inference, and applied statistics.- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, content generation, personalization engines) and Agentic AI (autonomous agents, decision intelligence).- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and working in cloud environments.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, commercial dynamics, and media effectiveness.Soft Skills - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders.- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and turn insights into business adoption.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI-enabled growth and transformation.- Strong project ownership, delivering end-to-end data science solutions with measurable outcomes.- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
