OverviewIn this role you will lead a multidisciplinary IT team to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing systems.You will oversee IT projects from planning to delivery and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.You'll drive process optimization, ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards, and align regional and global IT efforts with the technology strategy.This position offers impact at scale and the chance to shape IT service quality in a global context.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of IT specialists across diverse disciplinesEnsure stability, performance, and security of IT systems and servicesManage IT projects including planning, coordination, resource allocation, and progress trackingCollaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutionsMonitor and optimize IT processes for compliance with standards, data protection, and cybersecurityProvide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team membersCoordinate with regional and global IT functions for alignment of strategy and executionPrepare and manage budgets within the area of responsibilityEnsure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of IT service qualityAct as primary contact for internal and external partners regarding IT operations within scopeQualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred+5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or applications with supervisory/managerial experienceBroad technical understanding across IT domains; familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented solutionsExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing international projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levelsCisco experience - CCNA Certification preferredExperience in Microsoft Windows, Azure, VPN, NetworkingFluent in English; additional languages advantageous#J-*****-Ljbffr
