Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed with customer delivery teams to build, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in production. You focus on real-world AI deployment, delivering end-to-end components under guidance from senior engineers. You'll work with modern AI tools and enterprise cloud platforms to translate technical work into customer value. This role emphasizes outcomes, scalable production, and platform contribution within a collaborative, growth-oriented culture., * Translate business challenges into technical, fit-for-purpose AI solutions aligned with desired outcomes

• Rapidly prototype custom AI solutions using agentic frameworks
• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to production within a customer team
• Engineer production-ready solutions that drive adoption and measurable outcomes
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
• Capture deployment learnings and share best practices to improve platforms
• Pursue continuous learning to adapt to new technologies and requirements
• Contribute to the evolution of Kyndryl's AI platforms through feedback and collaboration, * Proficiency in Python (or other modern languages such as C#, Node.js, TypeScript)

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch a plus)
• Software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git & GitHub), and data tools (Pandas, Spark)
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed systems
