Software Architect

As a Senior Software Architect, you will define robust, secure, and scalable architectures within the Java ecosystem and lead the transformation of complex business projects. You will provide technical leadership across client discussions, proposals, and architectural designs, while incorporating innovative approaches. You will shape cloud-native, microservices-enabled solutions and guide teams through modern modernization and AI-enabled opportunities. This role offers impact through architecture strategy, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams., * Define and design Java-based architectures in private and public clouds (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs)

• Design microservices, distributed, event-driven and cloud-native solutions
• Evaluate new trends (AI, automation, observability, platform engineering) for competitive advantage
• Define synchronization/coexistence strategies for platform and application modernization
• Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics within solutions
• Technically lead project execution, establishing market-aligned standards and best practices
• Act as a technical reference for the customer, participate in workshops, define roadmap
• Prepare technical proposals, estimates and design documents (HLD/LLD)
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments
• Promote continuous improvement and innovative approaches
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team

• Senior Technician, Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar field
• Minimum 5 years as Software Architect or Tech Lead
• Minimum 8 years of Java software development experience
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with microservices
• Knowledge of architectural patterns (DDD, Clean, Hexagonal)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience in integration solutions: API Management, events, queues
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Security knowledge (OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak)
• Experience modernizing applications and platforms
• Experience in technical team leadership
• Participation in value offering/proposals with technical leadership
• Experience in agile teams
• Technological curiosity and maker mentality
• Open-mindedness toward learning and innovation
• Ability to translate complex ideas into feasible solutions
• Proactivity, autonomy and continuous improvement
• Excellent client and multidisciplinary team communication skills
