Digital Campus IT Operations Specialist

Digital Campus - Operations Specialist Compliance Solutions at Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain). This role focuses on enabling overall compliance with regulations by managing development projects and evolutions that improve classification and management of controlled data., * Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications and updates.

• Maintain solutions and associated infrastructure in operational condition in line with SLAs, security constraints and other PSLs.
• Ensure IT change requests are delivered in accordance with stakeholder requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations.
• Communicate improvements, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Product Manager.
• Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration and event management processes.
• Supervise system backup processing and lead disaster recovery tests.
• Generate and provide inputs required for KPI monitoring and offer insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Completed studies in computer science or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in information systems.
• System administration knowledge on OCP servers, Windows Server / SQL servers.
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience using Agile SAFE principles (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs, industrialisation).
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Open-minded for collaborative ways of working in a transnational business environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
• Autonomous and able to work in a team spirit.
• Ability to solve complex issues, analyse problems and design solutions.
• Eligibility for security clearance by recognised authorities.
