Senior User Experience DesignerWe are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with strong leadership capabilities and deep user-centered design expertise.You will lead UX workstreams in complex, high-impact projects, mentor junior designers, and act as a bridge between user needs and business goals.This role demands a high level of ownership, communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.Essential Functions:Lead discovery activities, user research, and UX strategy formulation in relation to productsDesign and deliver wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction modelsFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to align user needs and business objectivesDrive continuous user testing, validation, and iteration based on insightsCollaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other UX/UI designersActively contribute to and help evolve the Bunge Design System for the UX perspectivePromote UX best practices across the organization and advocate for the userGuide design documentation, knowledge sharing, and governance processesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or equivalent (plus)6+ years of experience in UX roles with proven leadership in design execution or product buildingPortfolio that demonstrates complex UX challenges and system thinkingExperience working with general teams and digital products at scaleCertification in UX (e.g., NN/g, HFI) (plus)Expertise in end-to-end UX process (discovery through delivery)Strong skills in Figma and research tools (e.g., Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar)Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative researchAdvanced understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principlesExperience with agile/scrum delivery models and design systemsLocation: Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona, SpainRequisition Number: #J--Ljbffr
