Quantion is a Business Digital Transformation services company founded in **** and part of the Astek Group, operating in more than 25 countries with over 10,000 employees worldwide.Our team is specialized in application development, UX/UI, and digital business transformation, focused on building innovative solutions that drive measurable business results.We combine our teams in cutting?edge technologies and digital deep experiences with the innovation ecosystem, to ensure that we can provide the best solution to face business challenges, from its concept to its implementation.We are seeking senior profiles with strong hands?on experience to:Design, develop, and integrate AI?powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software deliveryBuild reusable, AI?enabled solutions to accelerate development productivityIntegrate engineering platforms and developer tools into a coherent AI?driven ecosystemEnable and support engineering teams in adopting AI?assisted software development practicesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain AI?powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate the adoption of AI across engineering teams.Define appropriate levels of automation, human oversight, and governance for AI?enabled workflows.Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance when designing AI solutions.Platform Engineering & OperationsDevelop production?ready, observable, and maintainable AI?enabled services.Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for AI solutions.Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery lifecycle.Adoption & EnablementSupport engineering teams in adopting AI capabilities through documentation, reusable templates, and best practices.Gather user feedback and continuously improve AI capabilities based on adoption and engineering needs.Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and governance for AI?enabled software development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.Strong software engineering experience using languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval?Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent concepts.Experience with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud?native development.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross?functional technical teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience building reusable developer platforms or internal engineering tools.Experience with local LLMs.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.Understanding of responsible AI, security, and governance practices.Experience driving adoption of new engineering technologies within large organizations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
