About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (STPM) to join a life sciences R&D product team supporting a major pharmaceutical client's digital transformation journey.This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and science, owning delivery across a complex human biological data platform used by researchers, biologists, computational scientists, and data teams.Key responsibilitiesOwning and prioritizing cross-team backlogs across multiple engineering and scientific streamsTranslating complex biological and technical requirements into clear delivery plans and user storiesDriving Agile delivery in a hybrid environment with strong governance and structured checkpointsManaging dependencies across data engineering, platform, AI/ML, and UX teamsPartnering closely with scientists and researchers to shape product direction through continuous feedbackOverseeing data governance, compliance, and FAIR data principles in a regulated environmentSupporting release planning, UAT, and launch readiness across global stakeholdersCollaborating with engineering teams on cloud architecture and data platform design (GCP-based)What we are looking forStrong experience as a Technical Program Manager or Product Delivery Lead in complex technical environmentsSolid understanding of the full SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / hybrid models)Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale distributed systemsAbility to work directly with technical and scientific stakeholders and translate ambiguity into structured deliveryHands?on experience with Jira and Confluence for delivery governance and backlog managementStrong stakeholder management across engineering, product, and business teamsNice to haveLife sciences, biotech, or pharma domain experienceExposure to multi?omics data, scientific research workflows, or regulated environmentsExperience with GCP services and modern data/AI platformsFamiliarity with AI/ML?driven products or data?heavy scientific systemsEqual Opportunity StatementWe welcome all individuals and evaluate solely on the quality of their work and teamwork.CompensationSalary Range: €55,000 - €68,000 gross per year, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
