Application Support & MaintenanceHandleday-to-day maintenance activities and minor enhancementsInvestigate and resolvesystem issues, blocks, and performance-related challengesEnsure system stability during the migration phaseAct as aprimary point of contact for business usersResolve day-to-day issues such as:Access rights / permissionsSystem errors or transactions failingProvide quick turnaround on operational requests3. Collaboration with ERP ManagerWork closely with theinternal ERP ManagerSupport and offloadroutine operational workloadAssist in knowledge continuity and documentation4.
