Can you imagine building the user experience behind a platform that supports pharmaceutical innovation?At ERNI, we're looking for a Senior Frontend Product Engineer to join an international project within the pharmaceutical industry.You'll play a key role in the evolution of a product that helps manage and visualize data from different manufacturing and laboratory sources, enabling more efficient and data-driven processes.This is a frontend-focused position where you'll develop modern React applications while ensuring an excellent user experience.Beyond coding, you'll collaborate closely with the product team to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, maintain the design system, and contribute to the product's future evolution.How do we make this happen?With people.Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI.You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and repeatedly, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.What you will bring- Strong experience developing applications with React.- Deep knowledge of building reusable and modular React components.- Experience working with design systems and scalable frontend architectures.- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.- Experience collaborating within Agile teams.- Ability to transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences.- Professional English (minimum B2/C1).- Strong communication skills and product mindset.You will be responsible of developing and evolving a React application focused on delivering a simple, responsive and intuitive user experience.You'll build reusable components, ensure consistency across the design system, collaborate with Product and UX stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of the product roadmap as new capabilities are introduced.What if the project ends?We work on a wide variety of projects, technologies, and sectors, allowing you to keep growing in different environments.If a project ends or you feel ready for a new challenge, we will find another one that aligns with your professional development.Our working modelWe ask you to be available for key meetings.Need to leave for a doctor's appointment or to pick up your child from school?No problem.We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other's faces; the best stories alwayshappen in the office!You will also enjoy:- We cover your certifications and reward technical achievements up to €1,500.- Private health insurance.- Full coverage for sick leave- Free emotional, legal, and family support.- Gym discounts or sports compensation.- Flexible remuneration: meals, transport, childcare, etc.- Referral bonuses: up to €6,000 per candidate and €5,000 per client.- 23 working days of vacation.- Free language courses: English, Spanish, Catalan and German.And the salary?We will discuss it during the first call.If it is important to you, feel free to ask!WOULD YOU LIKE TO BECOME AN ERNIan?APPLY NOW!#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
