Backend / Full Stack Software Engineer

In this role you will help evolve a fast-growing supply platform by building a scalable backend and contributing to a data-driven, AI-supported workflow. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end purchasing and onboarding solutions, shaping architecture and ensuring robust, observable systems. • Collaborate with product teams to support short release cycles while owning the product
• Work with cross-functional teams in Buying and Business Intelligence
• Foster excellence and growth within the team through shared challenges
• Contribute to software architecture decisions to ensure resilience and scalability
• Support data-driven decision-making and analytics through robust implementation

• 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systems
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (Unit, integration, functional testing)
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab) and monitoring/tuning (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Frontend development experience with Vue.js is a plus
• Knowledge of ML, analytics, data science, and data lake tech (e.g., Starburst) is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and independence; high-quality software
• Fluent English as working language
