Salesforce Project Manager

Are you a Scrum Master with a passion for Agile delivery and a track record of driving successful Salesforce projects?We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the execution of key initiatives within a global technology environment.You might be a great fit if you have:- Between 3-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within Salesforce projects.- Experience working with SaaS platforms and Agile delivery in global environments.- Strong project management skills: scope definition, planning, execution, budget tracking, and handover.- Experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting.- Scrum Master Certification (e.G., CSM, PSM) - required.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - preferred.- Master's degree - a plus.- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.- Proficient in Agile project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello.- Familiar with project tracking tools such as PPM, SmartSheet, or similar.- Ability to report on key Agile metrics: velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, etc.- Strong knowledge of O365 collaboration tool.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong leadership and team facilitation capabilities.- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.- Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
